The technical short courses described in this website, consisting of four weeks of instruction for groups of twenty participants, can be delivered at an all-inclusive cost of US $40,000 to $50,000 per course.

This total cost can be pro-rated and adjusted for courses of shorter duration or fewer participants. These lump-sum costs can also be used to calculate rates for specialized short-duration training of research personnel on an individual basis or in small groups. A rough calculation of these research training costs could be based on an estimate of $1000 per person per week.

M.Sc. degree training is available at the NWFPAU, covering the full range of agricultural disciplines, at an all-inclusive cost of $7500 per person per year. Two years is the normal minimum time period required for M.Sc. degree completion.
