Insurance

If traveling to a high-risk country (as identified by the U.S. State Department through a travel warning), ACES Global Connects strongly recommends Emergency and Medical Evacuation Coverage.

Recommended: Medex Travel Insurance.

Travel insurance is not standard and prior approval must be gained through Sandra Ehler, Executive Director, University Payables, before paying for it. A standard email stating purpose of trip, reason for need for insurance, and dates of travel, are recommended to gain approval.
